Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy covers the texting program, booking page and lead assistant run by Noah Garcia, Sales Consultant at Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs, 5115 New Car Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80923 ("I", "me").

What I collect

• Contact details you give me: your name, mobile number, email address, and city/state/ZIP when you book an appointment or message me.
• Your messages: the text, Facebook Marketplace or email messages you send me and my replies, so I can keep track of what you asked about.
• Vehicle interest: the vehicle you asked about and, if you tell me, details about a trade-in.

How I use it

• To answer your questions about a vehicle (availability, price, mileage, vehicle history).
• To confirm, remind you about, or reschedule a test-drive appointment.
• To follow up a small number of times if you stop responding or miss an appointment.
• To record the appointment in the dealership's customer system.

Text messaging (SMS)

You receive texts only if you text my number first or give me your mobile number when booking an appointment and agree to receive texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and texting consent are never shared with other companies or affiliates for their own marketing.

Who sees it

Your information is used by Noah Garcia and Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs to serve your request. Service providers that process messages and store data on my behalf (for example my texting provider, Google Workspace and the AI assistant that helps draft replies) only use it to deliver this service.

Keeping and deleting it

I keep conversation and appointment records for as long as needed to serve you and as the dealership requires. Text me or email ngarcia@corwinauto.com to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted.
