These terms cover the booking page, messaging and texting program run by Noah Garcia, Sales Consultant at Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs ("I", "me"). By booking an appointment or messaging me you agree to them.

SMS Terms

• Program: Noah Garcia sends conversational text messages about vehicles you have asked about, appointment confirmations and reminders, and a small number of follow-ups.
• How you opt in: by texting my number first, or by entering your mobile number on my booking page and checking the box agreeing to receive texts.
• Message frequency varies. Typically a few messages around each question or appointment, and no more than three follow-ups if you stop responding.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, call (719) 388-4206, text (719) 800-9757, or email ngarcia@corwinauto.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Appointments and vehicle information

Booking a time reserves it with me; it is not a purchase, deposit or hold on a vehicle. Vehicles can sell before your visit. Prices, mileage and vehicle-history details I share come from the dealership's listing and the Carfax report and may change; the dealership's written sales documents control. Advertised prices exclude tax, title, registration and the dealer handling fee unless stated otherwise.
